Don't ever wait for them to call you when they say they'll call you back. My alopecia hasn't even been diagnosed yet. They have my cream but won't call me. It started as a pea shape size hair missing spot now it's most of my beard that's gone all because they won't help. Everytine you call the receptionist is rude and says someone will call you back. I had a skin specialist send my medicine over to them to release it to me and I've been waiting over a month for the call back. So when they say they're calling you back. It's a lie. Today will be the 10th+ time of me having to call. So when you do call make it a point of when you can call back. Such a shame. If anyone has lost anyone because of this companies failure to contact you report them to the attorney General. You pay for what you get and since it's free health care they won't care if you die. It's not there body.

No matter what time your appointment is they are going to be a half hour late. Bare minimum some times over an hour late. Every single time. No other people in the clinic but it's still 15 minutes past my child's appointment and no one has come or gone. I absolutely hate this place. They really should be shut down. Receptionists are very nice though. The medical staff on the other hand are awful.

I have severe arthritis in my lower back and am allergic to nsaids, dr prescribed me norco and needed pee authorization it took them over a week to fax the paperwork to insurance then had to wait another 72 hours to get my prescription, while I'm in major pain can't sleep or eat. This is crazy the drs at this office should know the procedure and be on top of it. I miss Dr. Daewood

I have had the good luck of a wonderful family doctor for the last 14 years, unfortunately she retired this year. I spent a month looking for a decent place to bring my kids to, as well as, myself. I have had our family moved to this Molina for 7 months and I am on officially done giving them a chance. I've only been able to schedule 3 appts because of how far out they have to put you and every time has been over an hour and a half wait. With a 14yrs, 12yrs and a 1 year old, this is not OK! On top of that, every appt has been THE LONGEST WAIT. Last appt was on my lunch break at work, just needed to get my 12 year old 1 vaccine, 3 hours later...my baby is hungry cranky and at his limit, my boss is pissed off calling me, qonmdering if I quit, I'm starving, I've lost all patience and my arms are numb from holding a squirming baby, my older son was hungry, bored and sick of being stuck in a tiny office without even a magazine to look at, but the worst part was...HE DIDN'T EVEN GET THE SHOT! That was the 2nd (out of only 3 I could manage to get schedule) time that I went there, waited for over an hour and did not get what I needed. But the 2 stars were for the staff behind the doors (the receptionist was beyond rude and has turned me away for being 10 minutes past my check in time, plus other things) But both doctors we seen were very nice, the M.A. was awesome and I wouldn't mind being a patient there if I could get the appointments when I needed them and not have to pack for a vacation like stay in the office.
