My dog died almost two years ago. When she was dying, we took her to another vet that was closer to our home. We called Broadway Animal Hospital, as did the other vet, to get my dog's records. They couldn't find any record of her — none — despite being a patient and taking her there for more than a year and spending more than $1K with them just for her (not including our other pets). But every year I get an email wishing her a happy birthday. It reminds me every year how unhelpful they were when we needed them most. Emotion aside, Broadway Animal Hospital is overpriced, and we never saw the same vet twice. The staff was friendly. I won't take my pets again.

I have taken my pets here for years but won’t be coming back. Had my dog neutered here and they had no record of it happening when i requested the records. how does that even happen? Another instance i was trying to make an appointment for an exam. i call and leave a message, don’t hear back. i call again and leave ANOTHER message but still won’t hear back. this has happened FOUR times now.

I made an appointment for my golden retriever puppy at Broadway AH because it was close to our house and we lucked out! Everyone there from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors are so kind. They make sure you know what exactly recommended treatment will cost and will work with you if you have budgetary concerns. So glad this is our vet!

Brought my Hunter there for a ear infection. They got him in and treated him quickly. Staff explained everything they were doing and what we needed to do as follow up. We have been using them for better than 40 years
