Stopped to have 2 key's copies , the person in that counter was talking to another customer, i waited for him to finish .. then i went with that customer to show something, got me by surprise he came back with another customer..waited again... once he finished with this person, he had the intention to talk to another customer, then i told him i was waiting before and need 2 key's copies, he grabbed my key and went to wait to the other customer!!!!! After waiting for almost 20 minutes i told him to give my key back! He didn't apologize, I'm a business owner in Lafayette for 32 years and always trying to buy local... but maybe never again....

Extremely rude employees. I’ve walked up tow to employees having a conversation because I had a question and was treated like they couldn’t be bothered. I expected a least a little bit of respect but was treat with none. Will not be coming back.

I needed some locks with keys, I called there to see if they had them and if they delivered. The man that I spoke with was very polite and honest when he told me their delivery charge...eighty dollars. I thanked him very much for his honesty but declined the offer. Truth spoke volumes with me. Ace Hardware. Thank you.💪

Finally got those 3 keys that I needed to copy at the back of the store. Service was quick and I was on my way. Store looks clean and well ordered and the clerks will tell or show you just where things are. And yes, all the keys worked.
