Absolutely terrible experience. Showed up to pick up my order for my event that was already paid for and they tell me there’s no order. They scrambled to get my order filled to only give me all the wrong table sizes for my event. Also, there were several that were stained and wrinkled like they gave me dirty linens that I couldn’t even try to make work for my event. Returned linens to the company and let them know about the problem and they didn’t even apologize or offer a solution for their mistakes. No discount or refund was never offered not even a apology. Lady told me she would let the owner know and she would call me but it’s been over 2 weeks and no call. Save yourself a HUGE headache and find another company.

I cannot say enough good… no GREAT things about this company!! WOW 5 star service from 5 star people. Juan, Maria and the team made sure everything from setup to breakdown was done properly. My celebrity client was thoroughly impressed! We had a very large order and an unusual venue- the 18th hole of a golf course- with tricky load in and load out instructions and their team killed it! They handled every obstacle with ease and grace. Nothing phased them. They showed us nothing but good vibes which is important working on a job of this caliber. What a great local small business.
