The trainers here are very friendly/welcoming and the facility is clean. If you’re look for a cardio/treadmill workout, this place is for you. If you’re looking for anything else, I’d look elsewhere. Would have given more stars, but their cancellation policy forces you to pay out a final 30 day billing period upon ending your membership. While it is in the contract that you should read before signing, I feel that it’s an underhanded business practice, and a way to squeeze more money out of folks that no longer want the service offered.

Worst front desk customer service at this location!! I was 7 mins late due to no parking and not being able to walk as quickly (I’m 6 months pregnant) and was refused entry into class since “the cut off time is 5 mins”. I’ve witnessed people come in up to 10 mins late and never be turned away. Last time I attended class, half of us were waiting outside in line (since that used to be the covid protocol and they would let you in when class started), and nobody ever came out to tell us we could go in so we were all considered late. If I didn’t have a pre-paid package I would never come back to this location. Have some compassion and sympathy, sheesh! It’s hard enough trying to workout and stay motivated while pregnant, let alone with masks on during covid times, and then to be refused class for being 2 mins past the cutoff time is so upsetting! I do love their instructor Hunter, but the front desk staff is just terrible!

Such a great workout! The staff was awesome! The coach, Brandon was awesome! It’s a great routine for people who need a structured get in and get out workout. I have two small kids and long hours at the gym just aren’t possible. This whole program is great!
