Have been to this location multiple times and they're always sold out of multiple items. It was the same situation today, but to make things worse, the chicken has a burnt flavor to it. It didn't look burnt, so the frying oil must have been toast. Looks like I'm stuck waiting in line for 45 min at the Victory location when I need a chicken sammy fix...

absolutely awful customer service. y’all yelled at my girlfriend for trying to pick up her mobile order claiming “WE ARE CLOSED!!”. It was 10:30, they open at 10. Not cool, get better staff.

I ordered a 8 piece family meal. I specified dark meat. Got home there was white meat in my box. Do anyone ever listen these days. You try n call them n the phone goes straight to voice-mail that's full of messages. They need to do better. Won't be coming back here at ALL!!
