I can't express how much I've appreciated finding Dr Ross and the amazing staff here. After a long history of kidney disease our Chihuahua found a true expert in treating her proactively and without the need to poke her with fluids every day (as suggested by previous vet). Dr Ross is compassionate and took the time to review our entire history before the first appointment which gave us a clear picture of what life would be like and the best treatment. The staff is always friendly and provides great insight if you ever have questions. I would recommend anyone to Dr Ross and the team here. Bonus that there is an amazing vet hospital in the same building.

Nothing but high praise for the staff and Dr. Joy Delamaide there at the Vet hospital. My dog had severe pain due to a ruptured disc in her neck. We tried rest and prednisone for a month with no success. The consult with the doctor was fantastic. Everything was explained in layman terms and the next step would be surgery. Dr. Joy was confident that the surgery would fix the problem and she was correct. Just two days post surgery my dog was in no pain and wanting to resume her normal activity. Fantastic job !!!!!!
