The last three months this location as gone downhill. We have gone to this location for 8 years and up until recently we have loved it. Now the orders are wrong, the food isn't as good( made terrible, too much sauce, not supplying extra when ordered and paid for. Never making a wrong right! You will sit at the drive thru for 10-20 minutes at most times. Time to find a new pizza place with hopes this Pizza Hut will get back to the way it used to be.

We pulled up to the window because the app said our order was ready. I paid through the app but the guy at the window asked me to pay again. Then he closed the window and took a phone call making us wait 7 more minutes for our pizza that was ready 5 minutes before we rolled up! Horrible service!! If you order from here DONT USE THE WINDOW!

I’m not sure who the gentlemen was that took my order or gave us our pizza through the window today. But bravo!! Best customer service I’ve had an a LONG time. I’ve been in the restaurant business for at least 15 years. Great job!

Pizza Hut has the best carry out service and delivery. I love their rewards program for me to earn free pizza. We like the bread sticks and the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. My two sons and I always order Pizza Hut food on every super bowl Sunday with a dessert pizza.
