Worst experience at a Domino's I have ever had. Came close to walking out. Slow service. Ignored by all staff upon entering. Arrived at the store once the app notified me it was ready to pick up. Waited in store for an additional 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. Staff did not care, and were not apologetic or offer any explanation. These experiences are fortunately rare, but make me likely to choose another business for our pizzas in future.

I want to say I have never had any problems with dominos. I ordered online to have it delivered to my mom. Shortly after I made the order, they called to tell me my order was canceled. I was told there were no delivery drivers on duty until 4 pm. This was around 2:30 on Saturday. I understand the situation with under staff. The person I talked to said the order was put on a timed delivery. That order was never delivered nor did they call to give me any kind of update. I will NEVER use this location again. There are other pizza delivery options available in that area. I called another pizza restaurant in the area and it was delivered within 25 minutes.

Food took over an hour to get to us. They didn’t follow delivery instructions. The pizza was disgusting! I ordered hand tossed but was super thin. It stuck to the cardboard box it was in and fell apart when I tried to pick it up and it was very cold. I had to even cut it because they didn’t cut it all the way through. I get that everyone is short staffed but this is uncalled for. Especially when you pay $65 for pizza you expect it to be correct and good! The cheese was gritty. It was all the way around some of the worst pizza I have eaten in a long time!!

I live five minutes from this place, I’ve ordered twice and both times the delivery drivers end up going in circles and act like it’s my fault they can’t find my WELL MARKED ADDRESS, that’s literally 3 roads over. (GPS will bring you to my home.) also my order was marked completed when it hadn’t even been delivered yet? My food is Luke warm, and I live according to apple makes 0.6 m a way, and 3 minutes away. From said store. Pay better, train better, do better.

If you placed the order online thats your problem. All pizza places trackers via internet orders do not work when they are really busy. Ive never seen a tracker work right with any pizza place. Maybe you should call and check with the store about your order instead of relying on the internet lol 😉
