Well stocked store. Oddly, Saw Kroger labeled merchandise in freezer section and was able to use our Kroger shoppers number for discount yay!!!! Restrooms 2-3 levels below 1st floor strange.

Great, large store with very friendly staff. Often stocked (hit or miss during supply crisis/COVID). Their quality is great and their sales are often quite good as well. The pharmacy however is a bit shaky. They only order once a week on Wednesdays, so they may not have what you need in stock. They also denied a family member of mine important medication from his dentist stating "they cannot prescribe that". That is 100% untrue because a dentist is a doctor and can even prescribe narcotics (which isn't even what he is getting). Be careful! Shopping is great though!

Customer service lacks in this store. Bakery is always closed when I get there to do my cake shopping. I just don’t understand why they are not willing to sell you cakes. They are there ready to go just need packing. The deli lady will see you and will tell you: “there is no one working at the bakery” and she will not even care to help you although she is seeing you asking for help. The lady at the customer service doesn’t look at your eyes. She is a robot. I am surprised she works at the customer service!! I am not coming back to this store.

I just want to take some time to thank Melanie for her help today. I really appreciate it. She went out of her way to help me and my kid's do a poster for my wife that was running the L.A. marathon today. Thank you Melanie God bless your heart.
