Came to buy clothes for my niece however, at the checkout area we were about to pay and Cassandra ask if we wanted to apply for the Carter’s credit card. Cassandra did not know how to thoroughly explain the benefits of the card. We had informed her we wanted to pay with the debit card and she continued to state we could so then when it came to the payment she stated we had to use the Carter’s card. Cassandra ran the credit and did not clarify the Carter’s credit card was going to be used then. Cassandra stated cash was the only option to pay now. I was there on Sunday to pick up my online orders and the girl who helped me ( wish I would of gotten her name ) didn't know what she was doing . I was in a hurry and the line was huge to pay , usually AT ANY OTHER STORE like children's place , Macy's etc I can just get my order at customer service or a separate employee. Not here . The girl found my order and told m I have to get in line to get it scanned . I told her I was missing items and she said "they are all inside " I open my package and it's only one order . I have to get out of line and tell her , she finds the other package and then tells me she can scan it and I don't have to wait in line anymore. She took forever to just scan my order and another girl stepped in to help . Very bad service and the employees in charge of online orders should be better trained.

This place is clean and organized. Could get a bit packed considering it's Ontario mills I for some reason find better deals at the Riverside Plaza location . Tips: always wait for Carter's to have 40% of clearance u will find the best deals I get my son up to 4 outfits under 20$
