Two stars only because of the one or two employees that are actually helpful, otherwise I give them a One star. Most of the other employees have Zero customer service skills and have a bad attitude; they make you feel like they're doing you a favor by answering anything. Their ammo is more expensive than Bass Pro just down the street, and I have yet to have anyone answer the phone when calling. Go somewhere else, will never do business with them again.

Went into Ammo Bros in Ontario, CA last year, after looking constantly for out of stock ammo. finally found the one i wanted there. Bought like 5 boxes of Remington 380 ammo, spent about $500, looks like one or more of the boxes were factory damaged, because the ammo was jamming in my revolver. Came back to the store and requested an exchange not even a refund, and the manager there did not even want to listen to me. He said no refunds, no exceptions. I wasn't asking for a refund! anyways, everybody there is rude, bad customer service and they never answer the phone! Contacted the manufacturer, which they were very nice and got my money back! I wont come back to store ever again. poor customer service. I don't know how they stay in business, very bad attitude.

Ive read reviews talking bout staff didnt wait on them and whatnot. I found my experience to be quite the opposite. Staff waited on me a minute upon my arrival. I checked out different pieces until I picked a 23 glock, the gentleman went over all my paperwork, told me what I needed to bring back with me. When my day came to pickup my weapon, again staff waited on me right away. Signed all the necessary paperwork, bought ammo and exited the store. The 23 I bought is beautiful, gave me a case, lock, extra mag. Ill be going back for a 27 or 9 soon. I recommend Ammo Bros

Yes, the whole process is performed in-store.
Still open. Just lazy people inside. If you go, go at 9am and wait an hour before they open. Or else you'll be waiting over 3hrs to be seen.
Those cards only last for 5 years before having to take the test again, so I suggest just going into your local store and getting a new one.

Most shops will consider purchasing a used firearm. Bring in with the slide open, cleared, magazine separate from the firearm and in a handheld safe or locked case.

I've done business with Ammo Brothers several times and have been met with nothing but polite and courteous professional staff. If they question something that you're doing odds are it was probably you and not them. But don't take it personal it's just them being safe and doing their job.

I personally will not go to ammo bros for anything, if they loose that kid "josh" i might think about it, your best bet is to buy a laser bore sight and measure out 100 yards , you can do it from your house or back yard without firing a round, simple and will get you real close, if that doesn't interest you then check out turners, they will do the same way with a bore sight but cost you about 40 bucks, a bore sight is about that at Walmart.
No, they don't have a gunsmith anymore. They can send your gun back to the manufacturer to get it repaired though.
