Customer service at this place is the worst I've ever seen I think I dealt with this one guy named Jacob and the interaction with this guy was definitely not pleasant it seems like the warranty stuff and parts come out of his paycheck or something we agreed on them fixing my impact gun and replace my battery under warranty then I get the gun still doing the same as if it didn't get fixed and I get the battery that was agreed to get replaced the same with a hand written note that said battery broken not warranty!! Definitely stay away from that place the people that work there are as useless as it gets. save yourself a headache. I'm thinking about let all my dewalt stuff brake and replace them with milwaukee just because of the interaction with this people.

Customer support is as bad as it gets. AVOID at all costs, this place gives Dewalt a bad name. I went to this service center to get a warranty service done on my DEWALT drill I was dressed in my business suite, the woman (older Hispanic woman) at the counter must have thought I never used a tool in my life she told me this a drill not a driver and its hit a hammer drill, and insisting that I don't know what a drill is used for. Then she tells me I need to pay $89.00 to get my drilled fixed when it was clearly under warranty. I never leave bad reviews but this lady was so horrible at her job and needs to get retrained or fired quickly.

Don’t trust a place that fixes your stuff to sell it!!! This place kept my husband Dewalt Self-Leveling 3- Beam 360 Degree laser that cost me $519 at Home Depo. I bought it for Fathers Day he took it in for repair. We got Covid and couldn’t go pick it up we called and spoke with someone and the guy said he would hold it, but that coming Monday he went and they sold it. My husband Union Carpenter and he used it for work for better accuracy. With all the sacrifices we made to buy it this company sold it with no regards to our family. I highly recommend that you think about what happened to us and don’t trust this place.

They do sell items for tools as well as tool repair. There is a tool supply behind them called Mc Fadden. Prices are much higher. Best to get them at Lowe's and home Depot down the street from DeWalt for better price
