I have stayed at other apartments and the rental office staff were rude and unkind. The management and facilities managers at the Tapestry have been very helpful and patient. I was in need of an apartment and fast! I contacted Tapestry and spoke to Violet Gilbert in the main office and she walked me thru the application process. I ended up having a issue after my application and see single-handedly went out of her way to get the issue resolved immediately. Once I was approved she stayed after office hours to find me the right apartment for me and my two sons. I have never had such customer service from a representative in my life. Violet showed praise worthy work effort and empathy to me in a time of need . She deserves the highest praise for the highest quality of service.

I absolutely love my place. Clean, no pest, newer building, great location you are near everything and across from the hospital. The office staff is very friendly. Violet Gilbert was very helpful from the application process to moving me in. Otherwise the rest of the staff Justin Rothschild the Property Manger was extremely helpful with a situation when I moved in and Khiara has been pleasant. The maintenance technician Bill Hall is very prompt and make sure if you have a issue is it resolved before he leaves. This is great because some places you wait forever for maintenance to come for a ticket. I have no issues with noisy neighbors. My biggest disappointment is the parking garage. It is PACKED! A Garage is very appealing and means a lot for some people and I am one of them. Depending on what time you get home you may end up on the top floor which is open, and dark. The whole point of having the ability to park in a garage is so you do not have to deal with weather and I was told when I moved in I could pay extra for a reserved parking spot but then that changed when I moved in. You can tell some cars do not belong in the garage. Parking isn't the best outside either. The only other big hassle is getting your packages. When the office is closed if your package was delivered you have to wait until the next day to get your package. If the office is closed sometimes the carrier won't deliver your packages until the next business day or they may leave your packages lying around or deliver them to the wrong apt. I think if they had some type of security it would eliminate the parking, package, and other general issues. But overall my experience here has been pleasant and the staff is great.
