I just have to give Mountain View the best of five star reviews. We are new to the Asheville area and the management and staff has been amazing. The waitlist process is clearly explained and I felt very confident putting my trust in them. Looking forward to being part of this lovely community!

I have lived at Mountain View for the past few years and have just loved it! The team has always been so helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and the complex is so well kept. I would absolutely recommend Mountain View for anyone looking for a new apartment to call home!

I love calling this place home. What place doesn't have its quirks? Yes, parking sucks...but I work nights and it's only an issue for me on weekends when people sleep in, lol. And yes the valet trash company they use....is trash. My can is cheap and tossed about while other complexes never have theirs cancelled for weather, have bins with foot levers etc. However....management is amazing...AMAZING. Even when I know I'm being a bit cranky or more Meghan is always professional and makes me feel like part of a community. Maintenance people are great too...quick and to the job. It is an apartment so you do here above noise but I rarely here side to side noise. I've never had an issue with weather and needing to get out for work and managent even brought me packages when I was sick...way above and beyond. I hate when rent goes up because I know I don't want to live anywhere else!

Mountain View apartments has been our home for the past three years. The staff have treated us with respect and kindness. Whenever there was an issue (few and far between), it was promptly resolved. The apartment was beautiful, the view spectacular and the amenities were perfect.. by far our favorite apartment we have ever lived in. We will miss Mountain View and the staff very much.
