I have lived here about six months and I really like it. I have only had a couple of minor service requests which were taken care of right away. The apartments are a little older and do not have fancy fixings like granite countertops--hence they are a bit more affordable than newer places--but my place was newly painted, with new floors and appliances when i moved in. The location is amazing--close to downtown, with great city views, but tucked into a quiet, wooded hillside.

I strongly recommend moving to this community if you are looking for affordable housing in the downtown Asheville area. Brad and Anna are two of the kindest people I’ve met in this town and they are consistently on top of things and responsive.

Brad is so wonderful and kind! My husband and I were moving in and Brad was unlocking our door, as our neighbor’s cat came up to her door meowing. Brad rushed back to the office to get a key, to unlock the neighbor’s door to let her kitty back inside, as the tenant had reached out to him that morning, with concerns about her kitty. Brad was apologetic to us, unnecessarily of course. We were so impressed with his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for his tenants. Brad is so wonderful and we appreciate his thoughtfulness.
