Went to get some after- dinner desert in the form of milk shakes ordered and paid...when I got my milk shakes I was very disappointed that they came in a baby size red coke cup and not the regular size foam cup...I feel ripped off about my shakes because the prices are already steep enough. I'm tired of everybody blaming prices on the pandemic the consumer do not have to consume the crunch by themselves the business should stop being so greedy for huge profits.

This is my cheddar style burger, no onions, extra mayo add pickles. You guys are a joke! Corporate should be so proud of this store. The fact that I'm visiting from out of town, makes it hard to address the manager for a refund

Nope! Twice in same 10 minutes! I give them two stars simply because the 2 cashiers were incredibly nice. The food is terrible my cookout style hot dogs was burnt. I tried to eat it but the burnt part of the hot dog was too overbearing and that's all the flavor that was in my mouth. They did replace with a second cookout style hot dog but it was burnt. Plus it had no taste. The chili and coleslaw tasted bland. And the coleslaw was room temperature. It didn't have that coolness or fresh taste when it merged together with the warm chili on the hot dog. Tasteless. I will never go there again. Location on Summit.

The cookout on Summit Avenue had to be one of my worst choices that I could’ve possibly made for my food needs. I pull up to the outside ordering menu and then I proceeded to watch six vehicles order their food on the inside lane. So after calling out a couple of times I pulled around to the window. Where I see not a single employee wearing a mask. This should’ve been my cue to pull off but I had wasted so much time that I had to be back to work soon. So I ordered my food with a huge Coke and after a few minutes got my food left and went on my way. To my surprise I should’ve known that it was only going to be downhill from the beginning with all the waiting I open my burger wrapper and my sandwich was smashed and falling apart the corn dog was overcooked the fries were the only decent thing about the meal. I was hoping as I stuck the straw into the cup that some nice satisfying Coke would make me feel better about this catastrophe of a visit to cookout but sadly the Coke was watered-down and did not taste at all like the normal cokes I get from cookout. Highly dissatisfied and sad I wasted my lunch hour and money for such poor food. Do you your self a favor and go to the cookout on battleground or another restaurant in general.
