Chain restaurants are great for little weekday self dates. I had a beer and a steak in peace. Spencer was very attentive and sweet. You can tell he cares about his customers even when he's tired and obviously overworked (poor thing). I hope he's there next time I'm there.

My wife and I came in and were told it would be a 30-minute wait. No problem. An hour goes by and there are 7 available, cleaned off tables that had been empty for about 20-25 minutes. Someone else comes in and gets told its an hour and 45 minute wait. My question is, why didn’t we at least get seated after waiting for over an hour, when we were told it would only be 30 minutes?

I wish other restaurants around here would have as good customer service as this place. I got a prime rib dip from them to go and when I got home noticed the dip was not in the box so I called them and the person who answered the phone immediately offered to remake the entire thing and throw in some extras for free with no hassling and no fighting and no jumping through hoops. It was quite a relief to find a business that is non-confrontational when they messed something up.
