I came in the store looking for my size of water shoes. I could not find them so I asked a cashier if he could call someone over. I then walked over by the water shoes again and proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes. During that time an associate kept staring at me and when I glanced at her she just looked away and just proceeded to walk around the shoe section. Then my fiancé came in and she asked someone to help, and finally that associate walking around decided to help. She couldn’t find my shoe size in a certain brand so I asked if she could find one in a different brand. She then got called by another customer and when she came out from the back she stopped helping me and only helped that customer. So I grabbed the shoes size that was close to mine, and went to the checkout line where I was the only person, and when I went up to she cashier, she turned her back and started talking to another associate. Another cashier had to walk up to the cashier and tell her to help me. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I bought two poles from the Heber Location and they both ended up breaking on me… but Sam and the rest of the crew at the Provo location helped me look up the poles since I lost my receipt and was able to exchange the poles for me! Thank you so much! I appreciate it ! Sam was so nice.

Nice clean store. Friendly people and they had the gun my husband wanted. We had a little wait at the back counter but we went in a little later in the afternoon and their were people in head of us. We had called earlier in the morning so when it was our turn it went fast. They had our stuff waiting. Everyone treated us so nice. We will go back.

Took in my damage bow last week to get look at was told they would have one of their guys to quickly look at the damages. I was told they were going to call me with the updates never hear from them until 2 days later. They told me all the bow needed was 2 cam stops, string, and the carbon rod. I told them to go ahead and order my parts. a week goes by an they have parts pricing, but they have not ordered the parts because they said they don't know on how to get a PO (Purchase order). Because parts are on back order. Went in to talk to the manager wouldn't come out and talk to me to see what was going on with my parts just gave the info to one of his employees. So, I decided to call the main manufacture and within 20mins I was able to get parts order and were ready to be ship out. Went back to pick up my bow so I could take it somewhere else to get the new parts installed. once they gave me the bow back, I did more inspection of it and found both of my cams bent and 1 was cracked and the cables were damaged. leading to more of expensive repair. If they would have just replaced the string and stop and if I went out to shoot the bow could have exploded and cause physical damage. I like coming here but won't take my bow back for tuning or for upgrades
