This review is very past due, but well deserved. On 3/5/21 I came in trying to decide what digital piano would be best and was given excellent service. Joe answered all the questions I had and let me play for quite some time on all the different pianos I was choosing from. Once I decided, he got everything taken care of for me and I had my piano delivered to my house within days. It was even put together for me and everything! Excellent service all around. I highly recommend.

This is the only place we'll ever go to buy a piano. We've bought two piano's now from the Piano Gallery and we can't imagine recommending anywhere else to shop for a Piano. Several years ago we had a house fire and had to have our Piano removed and cared for. Joe, at the Piano Gallery, took great care to pickup our piano, have it professionally cared for, cleaned up and stored until we were ready to move back in. Our piano looked better than ever. We then decided to upgrade it to an upright grand and the transaction was so painless and smooth. They are a top notch company that treats you with respect and professionalism. Recently we called to have some service done on our Piano. Joe remembered me immediately, even though it had been several years, and could recall the exact piano we had purchased. The staff is so polite and considerate and I truly feel like they care about my family. We can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

We had a great experience shopping for pianos. Joe at the piano gallery in Orem was so helpful in making my choice. He even sent me an email with additional information. I felt very well educated in my decision. My kids loved being able to try out all the different pianos as well.
