Second time visiting Teacup Boba. The first time I went, I waited 20- 30 minutes for one drink, but it was also a little busy. Today I received my order a lot quicker than the first time. You can tell they need more employees to keep up with demand. I ordered a soft serve ice cream with sprinkles and a matcha tea with boba. The vanilla soft serve serving was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. It was pretty good. The matcha tea was also delicious and had a decent amount of boba. This place is small and cute. They have a decent amount of seating. They have board games and children's toys to keep all ages entertained.

Every time I come here, the boba is delicious! They make my drink perfect every single time. My drink of choice is their Strawberry Matcha Latte. Not only does it look like perfection, but it tastes amazing. The drink is perfectly sweet and all the different flavors balance each other very well. I love that you get actual small pieces of strawberry in your drink, not just the flavor. The boba is always perfectly sweet and chewy. Their establishment is always clean and fresh. Thank you for always making my experience great 👍

hey! I am a manager at this store and I've just put in my 2 weeks. Obviously as a manager I care a lot for the customers and the employees but someone who cares for neither is the owner of the shop. for one we have multiple complaints about the lack of refunds and the reason for that is because the owner herself made that her number one rule. "no matter what you do, do not refund, just give them another drink" I thought it was weird at first but now I'm realizing for her its all about the money. the real reason I'm riding this review is to tell all of our future customers to please only tip with cash. I know the service is rough right now especially since all of the team leaders are leaving but if you are planning on tipping for the employee services please please please tip with cash. I recently found out that the owner is stealing our card tips and because it is not required by law for us to get those there is nothing I can do but leave and work for a more honest business. please consider that most of the employees are getting paid below minimum and we rely on those few extra dollars to get from pay check to paycheck. thank you for reading this message and I wish you all the best on your future experiences.

This was essentially my first experience with Boba tea and I will definitely be back! The bubble waffle with ice cream and sprinkles was amazing and the mango boba tea was delicious. I'm not much for dipping in somewhere just for a drink, but this place is so worth it.
