I LOVE goodyear tire! Never had one issue, they treat me like family and always really considerate and straight forward. The mechanics there are just incredible! Shout out to a guy Names Sean at this location! Not only is he very welcoming but doesn’t BS me, and is always straight forward. He always ask how I am, and we joke around about my small little car. Always look forward to seeing him and hearing his funny stories! Never been once disappointed with him about my service or car. When he tells me I got other problems with my car I always listen because 10/10 he is always right! Love the service, the people, and respect everyone there! I’m gonna be going here for awhile! Keep it up guys! 🤝

I went in their to fix a flat. I told them I lived next door and I had to put a liquid in to just get there. The guy life and then came back and said you can't fix a tire when you have Flix a flat in it. I asked if it could just be wiped out that I just put it in. He said the patch won't stay on. I said Okay then I might as well try Big O. I went to there, and they "plugged" it not patched it. All serviced all my other tires. Big O all the way. Sorry Goodyear, maybe try plugs instead of a patch.

I got a flat tire.....literally in front of this Goodyear Auto / Tire Shop next to the O'rielly's. I was actually relieved. It was around 4:25pm; 1:35 minutes before they close. Based on my previous experiences with other tire shop like Discount Tires I figured Goodyear Auto / Tire Shop could take my flat tire off and put on spare. NOPE! The person in the front office said he was too slammed to help me out! I think they had 2 bays with cars. It would have taken 15 min MAX to charge me to lift car, remove flat, replace with spare, and lower car. That would have been great customer service. I am sure this is a good shop..... just not today! They did put free air in my spare though! 👍
