I have been attending yoga classes almost on a daily basis for several months now, and I held off on writing this review because I wanted to keep it my little secret, but that’s not fair, is it?! The instructors genuinely care about you and their craft. The Saturday Ashtanga class with Suzanne is my favorite :) I will definitely keep coming back!

Ignite is a warm, family owned yoga studio in the west valley. It offers many yoga classes throughout the week, with a wide variety of levels and styles. The class prices are very affordable, and they offer special events, workshops, and trainings throughout the year. All the teachers have many years teaching experience, and vary in their teaching styles.

I dropped in on an All Levels Class this Thursday taught by Amanda. As a drop in I was welcomed by the staff from the minute I entered until I left. It was great to be greeted so openly. Eva the owner took the time to say hi before Amanda started class. Amanda did a great job with the class and everyone from beginner to a more seasoned yogi can enjoy it. Well done and thanks!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place & those I have met here. I have grown so much in my yoga practice just by taking classes here and absorbing all that the amazing teachers & fellow yogis have taught me. The teachers give the best adjustments & tips to help you get deeper into poses than you ever felt possible. If you want to grow and enjoy the journey, come in & try a class! Eva & Jason (owners) have put their heart into every square inch of this place. What a gift! PS... coffee is amazing!
