Staff engages with locals a ND ig ores others. Finally gotixed drinks but not the water we asked for. She then took orders from people seated 15 minutes after us. Never checked on us. Paid for drinks went to lazy palms. Had the same food. Best service and experience.

They really need to have to go girls take orders in the back or somewhere quieter, so you can actually understand/hear them and the girls need some hospitality courses. Foods amazing, but customer service isn’t there, when it comes to over the phone. Can’t say anything about the actual restaurant, only did a pickup order.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible. We called ahead for a large group. We stood around for 10 minutes before deciding to approach an employee about where to sit. Food & drinks took forever to arrive. Mixed drinks were extremely watered down. But that’s not even the best part. We were approached by the manager ( older white lady with long grey hair) and told us our kids had clogged the toilet with paper towels. When we questioned her about how she knew it was our kids she walked over to the table near us asked the man sitting there to repeat what he had told her. He said he walked in the bathroom and 2 of our kids were walking out and told him “don’t go into the stall because it’s flooding” apparently that’s their confession. When another parent confronted the man he aggressively pushed her back and threatened to shoot her. The manager told US to leave and she called the cops on us. Told us we were banned. We asked what proof they had our kids did anything and she said she had video proof. (Video proof inside the bathroom?) we waited outside for the cops to arrive. The office asked for the video proof of the kids clogging the toilet and the man assaulting the parent. The manager refused to show any footage to the officer. We’re standing outside on the curb for allegedly clogging the toilet and the man threatening people is still sitting inside enjoying his meal. Never again!

Our orders for take out have never been right for the past year or so, but the last few times have been the worst. Our last order we paid for a salad that we didn't get. Yesterday's order our hot wings were dry with hardly any sauce and we didn't get our extra ranch dressing and they forgot our salad again. More money down the drain. Is there no quality control??? Don't they check the orders to make sure that the customer gets all that they ordered and paid for??? Disappointing....
