This Barros is just horrible. We have ordered delivery from them several times and more than half the time they screw up, we get old pizza, or if you order through the website it sits at the store even though you order it for delivery. This time I called ahead and asked if I could get it by 6:15 I called at like 5:05. She said sure I ordered, paid. We got home right at 6:15 and no pizza. I call them at 6:40. The girl had no idea what I'm talking about. Then she goes to talk to a manager. Finds my order and tells me they will deliver it. I ask when it was made because I don't want old pizza that had been sitting there. She doesn't understand me so I ask again. Then she gets mad and said it'll be hot don't worry. Well we got cold pizza. $70 is too much to spend when you can't even get it hot. I won't be doing that again ever.

The pizza is so good. It is delicious. It is awesome. But their accuracy at this location is horrible. We keep ordering pizzas that are vegetarian and half of them are meat. But for some reason their cooks throw me all over the pizza. That’s the vegetarian‘s in our house do not get what they want. We have complained, we have talk to the manager, we have tried to work with them, but they keep inappropriately and wrongfully making the pizzas with meat all over the place. Again, when they get it right, it is delicious and awesome and cannot recommend any other place over this place. But for some reason they have an accuracy problem. Highly recommend the pizza if you don’t care about accuracy.

They offer excellent Lunch options and their pizza is top quality. Their lunch specials are pretty good deal. The dining area is wide and comfortable, offering booth seating. Customer Service was nice and as efficient as it can get!

What led me to Barro's Pizza were these reviews. I had to find out for myself. Could this place really be a 4.5? I felt most negative reviews that i read of Barros seemed to be a bit too overly sensitive for criticism that had pretty much described most average visits i experience at most pizza places. To my delight i found Barros to be a true 5.9! Kind, courteous, and Quick! The order taker was even nice enough to advise me on how to order to get the most toppings on my pizza without over charging me. I really appreciated that! There was a consistent flow of customers that were moving through and yet the personnel handled the rush as Zen Buddhist monks shaping sand sculptured designs outside a fully bloomed temple garden during a warm soft beautiful peaceful spring morning under a cool baby blue sunny sky! Thank you Barros for the great service! Also very delicious pizza!
