Will never stay here again. The room was a bit dirty, the bottles in the shower were empty, and the staff was not cooperating with my requests. We were here for my sister's wedding and they had not handed out any of the gift bags to our family and friends. I ended up having to hand out like 12 bags during the after party rather then having fun. When we arrived for our after party the staff refused to supply us with ample amounts of food for our guests. I had requested a room with a better veiw when I arrived and the staff had said all the rooms still needed to be cleaned, this was at 4pm with a 11am check out. I would not suggest this as a wedding hotel The rooms are nice but they lack refinement for the price of a night.

The good: welcoming staff, nice hallways, fast elevator, comfy bed and bedding, clean room. High quality fixtures and furniture, but a bit bizarre (see photo of ‘interrogation daybed’) The not so good: shower is ‘asking-for-lawsuit’ slippery on the floor. The 3/8” floor to ceiling glass doors are difficult for a smaller person to move with tiny knobs and no bar to grip inside. seriously, if you fell on the slippery floor I don’t know how you’d get out. And the biggest issue is how unbelievably bright the smoke detector light is. With the blackout curtains closed it actually lit the room. Marriott needs to get a handle on these design flaws, do they actually have real traveling humans try them out before they implement them?

Pros: easy check in, nice looking room, good views, staff is nice, breakfast is great, and drinks at the bar are well made. Cons: the room was dirty . Hair behind the sink (Like beard shavings), floors weren't vacuumed hair and dust in the carpet (I blew up balloons and when I went to pick them from the floor they were covered). No more conditioner in the bottles in the shower. If I didn't have so many things and time crunching I would have moved rooms. But I

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful clean and modern property. Check in was smooth, we were upgraded to the junior suite which was a corner room, nice and spacious, bathroom had a walk in shower, which we had requested. Room was immaculate and clean . The staff is a delight everyone to front office. Wait staff and housekeeping was courteous helpful and did a great job. We sat at the bar one evening , it was lovely wit a great selection of drinks Weekend buffet is scrumptious. A special shout out to Joey and all the front office staff for making our trip amazing. The hotel is right across from the mall and lots of restaurants so that’s a big plus too with location Navendu Vyas
