My husband and I received our booster at CVS, Milltown Road today. Thank you so much, Neeta, for making our experience efficient and painless. Neeta treated us with a high level of professional courtesy. In fact, she made us feel like we were in an old-fashioned, home town pharmacy. Great job CVS and Neeta!

Store located 230 Milltown Rd., Bridgewater, NJ went today Some workers inside of Pharmacy very Rude and not kind for Customer Old and young women looks like Indian both of Rude and not kind, no basics for customer. I hope they are not a Mother and Doughtier

I would have given 0 stars if possible. As another person stated, the pharmacy dept does not communicate any information at all. I recently contacted regarding a script that was sent 3 days prior. I had to call them on friday for them to notify me that they would have to order the script (they never contacted me). I go the day it should have arrived around 530p. Only for the pharmacy staff to tell me that they are not certain as to when they can even get the med. I'm not certain as to why i could not have been contacted earlier to make other arrangements possible. At this point my family will no longer get scripts through cvs.

Not everyone here but there are specific staff members that are rude and lack customer service skills. Specifically in the Pharmacy. It is not my problem you don't like your job/life. I treat you respectfully do me the decency. Smile once in a while people!😬
