Hi Molecular Matrix , Since you promised me the results twice, and failed, I started a grievance process against your company. You are directly affecting my ability to go out and work by not having results on time, twice. This will put a derogatory mark on your company. I got my child tested for a supposedly 24hr turnaround. She needed the test to return to school and so I could go back to work. Three days later I received an email saying sorry they were backed up. Now, a week later, I still have no results and no subsequent communication.

If I can give more than 5-stars I would. Molecular Matrix is a spectacular company! We had a huge mishap with previous testing site that sat on our collected specimen for (3) days and we needed the result within 4 to 5 days with no room for error. We had no choice but to look for another testing site that offers Same Day Rapid Test. Even at that, it was crunch time for us. Molecular Matrix offers Same Day Results (12 hour from collection of specimen) but we needed it within 6 hrs. We explained our situation and they were very accommodating and tried their best to get us our results in time. I was able to communicate with them thru Facebook messenger and email and they were very responsive on both communication channels. We are so happy with their customer service and how they saved my family and I by getting us the results ASAP. Thank You SO MUCH! I would highly recommend Molecular Matrix in West Sac. They are fast, efficient and very responsive to emails and facebook chats. From this point forward, if we need another COVID test, we will go to Molecular Matrix.
