Last year i had a complain about AC not working. They took 3 months to fix the issue. This year i filed an work order on 03/0122 and 03/17/22 and 03/22/22 for AC not functional, but still no actions were taken. You demand rent on time, Where's the renter's right. I'll show them the renter's rights. I was impatience, but no more. We will meet in court.

I was there for 8 years and heard that before 2009, under previous management, it was a nightmare, but things were much better. I was hesitant, but can say that I really liked the management and staff. I always liked going in the office, because the girls cared, I could talk to them and I had never lived somewhere where there was so much effort put into functions and activities for various holidays and family nights etc., so it was nice how it was like a family community. It’s not perfect, of course, but that is because of some of the tenants and not management, for the most part. I am not from W Sac, was not a big fan of moving there from where my home was, but I do miss things about Courtyard Village and really liked Michelle and Norma….and the neighbors I was close to!!!!!

I went there to put in a application they was great nice and respectful and they was doin they job and on time and good staff is yall just saying this asout them cuse they good to me

Mold mold and more mold. Every roof leaks and they refuse to fix them. They were sued by someone after they refused to fix their mold issues. Run far away!
