Azul was very nice, helpful and patient. She made sure to go over things with me and helped me to transition into my new home with ease. Very grateful. Melissa was very nice and informative and patient. She made sure I was satisfied with everything prior to moving in and walked me through several steps. Hannah is also new and very friendly. Beautiful place and friendly staff.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I can’t believe it’s been over 2 months and my S/O and I have yet to receive our refund. They let us “Apply” for an apartment that was never available and then tell us that it was due to a “System error”. It’s crazy to think getting our $500 deposit and $100 application fee is taking this long to refund but they were so quick to receive the payment. First the manager Melissa said that she would be working on it and today that I have called back, she acted like she had no clue what was going on!! This is absolutely ridiculous. THANK GOD I DID NOT END UP RENTING HERE!! THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL !!! EDIT: it’s now 6/6/22 and I have YET to receive any money back…SMH! I received ONE call back since my review saying that they sent it out to the wrong address and that they would call me back to figure out what to do next. It is going on FOUR months since I submitted my deposit and over three weeks since I’ve heard from anyone regarding this issue. I would have never imagined that getting MY hard earned money back would be this difficult especially when their faulty system is to blame in the first place. SMH this is a living nightmare.

I don’t live here but I want to. I had such a positive experience talking to Alyssa from the leasing office. I’ve lived in Sacramento before and it makes the world of a difference to have a front office that’s supportive and communicative.

You can get that # from the office staff. The two girls working the office now are excellent. But realize they work for and are paid by corporate. Nice as they are they can only do so much. Nice apartments but you will pay ! Make sure you fully understand their rules or you will pay even more. Just wondering if Jessica A ever gets tired of all the "Good news". Is Jessica real or just a piece of the corporate software ?
Hi Veronica! We welcome all ages to our community. We do not have any apartment homes that are set aside for a specific age bracket.
Not inside the units no. Each unit has an outside patio or balcony where you can smoke.
