Originally, I was reluctant to bring my phone in to get fixed at this formerly "ubreakifix" company. I'd had one of my worst customer experiences at a Chesapeake location a couple of years ago... regardless, I went to this location and was VERY pleasantly surprised from the get go. The first man to help me out was Preston, extremely pleasant and somewhat personable. He noticed that my account had a ridiculous amount of tickets on it from 2 years ago, and I explained the story in short to him. I just found it to be really nice that he noticed and cared to comment about that. He told me it would take about 3-5 days for my new phone screen to come in and they'd repair it ASAP. I went to check on it's status on the 6th day, and another very kind and positive employee helped me out this time (I didn't catch his name, but we discussed where I got my cool, weird glasses from). He told me the part had arrived, and they'd have it ready in just a couple short hours. I went back this morning at open to pick up my phone, and AGAIN experienced wonderful customer service from a man named James(?) He was very informative on the protection plan they have available for your at home electronic appliances. He would've talked me into it if I'd had more devices worthy of coverage at home! Sorry for such a long review, I just felt it was very necessary to share my experiences with this location, give shout outs to the lovely gentlemen who helped me and express what a turn around of service I had received back in 2020 in Chesapeake vs 2022 at this Fredericksburg Asurion location. Thank you again, fellers 😄

I got a iPhone screen repaired at uBreakiFix They charged me the standard apple price for the screen and that's it. So my guess will be they will give you a very competitive price.
