The Two Stars is for the lack of Parking at this specific location, had to park at the old Bob Evans and walk back to this location. The Customer service is A+ which makes it hard to give a negative review but the parking situation needs fixed ASAP by Corporate !

Well.... I can't say enough about the. customer service at this place! I am reacting because of the poor service offered by Homedepot for a return. I came here and they not only had what I needed last minute but when my tow harness wasn't getting power they repaired it on the spot! I was over the moon HAPPY. I asked how much they said don't worry about it!!!! As I am still struggling with deplorable customer service from Home Depot U HAUL stepped up and saved the day for me. I would recommend using this location. AMAZING!!!!

I moved out of state and needed my belongings in storage ASAP I had an easy and stress free transition with uhaul the staff here were very understanding with me and very pleasant and Heather is amazing she went above and beyond to help me out I definitely recommend this company Thanks for all your help 😇

I want to put in a kudos for a young lady named Skye. She was the only person that quoted me the correct amount for my truck rental. I had talked to 2 other people that gave me different amounts and didn't bother to pull up my information in the computer. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. She is an asset to that store!!! I am living on Social Security. So it was extremely important to me to get the correct price. KUDOS TO SKYE!!!!!
