Depends on event but most concert events at this venue tend to draw young crowds so very casual attire. Always bring an extra light layer/jacket as AC runs fairly cold at this place.

Yeah, a few thousand probably. Most events are set up for general admission (pit / open floor) in front of the stage. Then there are seats with backs beyond that, and the same style seats in the upper level. If you're going to be sitting, I like the first row on the extreme left and right wings of the mezzanine - unobstructed view and a place to set your drinks. Check Google Street View and photos.
