This is not a Lowe's complaint. They were fantastic. It's a Pit Boss complaint that I bought at Lowe's. I've looked everywhere to leave a bad review for Pit Boos, but after searching for 15 mins I decided to come back to Lowe's. Lowe's should stop selling them. I had not longer than 1 month when we started to have problems. with Pit Boss, big waste of time and money. I've been on the phone too many times to remember and it's been 3 months and it's still not working. Just a real disappointing experience.

Bought a washer and dryer here that was an ok experience wasn’t happy with delivery time but it was a holiday weekend. So they bring my appliances the guy doesn’t know how to turn off water so he leaves doesn’t call for help. Call us next day at 7:30 am say we are first stop 9:30 am still not here! You call and and no one dies anything to help! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES AGAIN and it 5 minutes away!

Lowes has what we need all the time. This location is always clean with great service. My wife loves the plants and I love anything that I can’t kill but makes a noise.

The store was not that crowded, and we were able to quickly find everything we needed. The cashier was very friendly and professional. I have come to realize that the difference between Lowes and Home Depot is Lowes is proabably more geared toward home owners and DIYers, whereas HD, while also good for DIYers, is also designed for small to medium construction firms. Lowes is a little easier to navigate, and not quite as intimidating, especially for folks who are first-time shoppers at the store.
