Toured for my Mom. The receptionist greeted me and the Director came out to tour with me. The residents were involved in a sing a long and it smelled good with no orders. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the lay out of the common areas with lots of space but good visibility. My Mom is very social and I met lots of nice clients who would be a good fit for her. I would highly recommend Pacifica if you were in the market for Memory Care. I have visited many memory care and I think this is one of the better ones for the area.

Such a lovely building. The staff were attentive to needs while I visited. I enjoy the open area to move about and the Bistro, Fireside Room and Grand Piano to play. I was able to sing with the clients and found them so enjoyable to be around.

I am very disappointed in how the management treated me after my wife died in their facility. They charged me for 14 days of care and rent after she passed. They also ordered 3 months of insulin, then changed how they administered the insulin, then ordered 3 more months of the new insulin and did not return the first order to the pharmacy for a refund. When ask about it, they told me tough luck. Do not expect them to give your loved one the best of care. When my wife contracted covid, they called in hospice and did not make any attempt to get my wife to eat. She basically starved to death. Then they had the gall to send me a bill for one day of rent, 8 months after my wife passed.
