With so much uncertainty in 2020 with the economy and the obvious covid 19 pandemic. I was not sure what to expect when they announced new ownership of the squires west side of the community. Let me tell the community of mcminnville , I give you my word when I say the new manager Sarah is a godsend to the community. Never in my life have I felt like management sincerely cared for its residents well-being like Sarah has. In the short time she has been here there has been more improvements than I have seen in over 15 years! A true genuine good soul. Please stay Sarah , so I can live the rest of my remaining years in happiness.

You can't find a better mobile home "Estate". The crime rate is really low. Most of my neighbors are like family. We watch for one another.

Nice area to live quiet good neighbors close to school not much traffic.
