LONG BUT READ IT ...I Wish I could give a zero rating. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! I was hired by director, dagny sprayberry and activities director Stephanie rustrum to provide Easter entertainment for the residents. Myself and Easter bunny went to facility and stayed 50 minutes and even brought a basket full of goodies I purchased that was supposedly going to be raffled off but wasn't. They were to pay me $75 but should have known something was wrong when she offered $100. Afterwards she said hold on let me go get your payment, came back and gave me a card with an email I was to msg and send an invoice to be paid that way. I emailed 3 times over 3 weeks and they swore they didn't receive any emails from me. I then emailed threatening to turn them in and finally got a response. They refuse to pay my invoice and refuse to respond about me coming in to pick up a check which was against policy to write one. It's been nothing but lies and run around the last 6 weeks. Not to mention when I was there I witnessed about 6-8 workers sitting doing nothing while the residents were left unattended some of the time. It was dirty also. This place should be shut down. They lie and rip off vendors can you imagine what they do to the residents, their families and employees?? I'm reporting this to several agencies including their corporate office.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Maple Valley hired my sister to come in and offer an experience to the residents that included the Easter Bunny visiting and dropping of goodies. To date they have not paid and continue to give a run around. They are completly dishonest and I would never entrust them in tje care of my family member EVER!
