This place has 2 floors of multiple workout rooms from weight to bags to mats for rolling. The staff is easy going, friendly and helpful. The gym goers were just as friendly and helpful as the staff.

Not sure about boxing lessons but they have started doing fitness classes. It's actually not that bad. Wear a mask, wipe down, & keep your distance. You'll catch rona if you don't follow protocols...
Yes, they do.
No, no swimming pool, they do have a jacuzzi and sauna in the locker rooms. They have courts for racquet sports, cardio machines, weight rooms, aerobic classes, martial arts, as well as snacks, a bar, and much more. A great friendly place.
