This Gym parking lot is not safe. Someone broke my passenger back window and stole my purse, wallet, cash and iPhone. According to another member this is not the first time, this has been happening very often. So this is not a safe place to park your car. Hire a security staff or install more cameras.

I’ve never had such a horrific experience that lasted a whole year. This place is a fraud!! They enlisted me in a year contract without my acknowledgment. Because of COVID, I signed the contract on a pin pad while being read orally what I was supposedly signing which I thought was a month to month, when I tried to cancel they said it was a 12 month contract. Learned my lesson never sign anything without physically looking at what you’re signing because they will make you pay for their benefit. Extremely horrible!!

It's been years since I set foot in a gym and maybe this wasn't the best choice. As soon as I walked in the person who checks you in rolled her eyes. And since she was wearing a mask it's the only thing you can see. So rude. The other employee who was at the front with her had his back towards me the whole time. Didn't even turn around to greet or welcome me. I just got bad vibes from them. Like it was obvious that they hate their job and did not want to be there. But as someone who hasn't been in the gym in so long I would have loved to seen and felt better energy. They're in a gym for crying out loud. I would be pumped to go to work everyday if I worked there. Now to talk about the equipment. Ugh! The machines were filthy. And I'm not talking about the areas people wipe down themselves. I'm talking about the areas people don't. There was dust and sweat drops on the machines. As a former porter for a gym it was not up to my standards. There were used wipes or napkins throughout the gym. No one going around to pick up or not even walking around to check on anything. I was having trouble with a machine and there was no one around asking if I needed help and with the attitude I received upon arrival I didn't want to ask. So I didn't get to use that machine that I wanted to because I couldn't figure it out. People working out were friendly enough. It was crowded in the free weights section. They could really use a rearrangement so that there is more space because the benches are really close together and during this pandemic it would have been nice to be further apart from others. Idk if I'll go back. They would have to give me a free membership for a year for me to go back and even so idk if I would. I like friendly services and I'm big on cleanliness and this was not it.

I really enjoyed working out here. There is an awesome section of this gym where a person can flip tires, whip some ropes, jump on stacked mats, etc. It feels like being a kid and finding fun, creative ways to play at a park. I can’t give them 5 stars because a lot of their equipment looks old, and during my 1 month of membership here, multiple machines were out of order. Although I do like this gym, it’s too far for me, so I ended up joining a gym closer to my house. If not for the distance, I would continue to be a member. The staff were friendly, the bathrooms were always clean when I visited, and the environment overall was nice.
