Great banh xeo… Service is slower compared to pre-pandemic. As with all restaurants in Bolsa, inflation has hit hard and prices have increased but still “reasonable “ compared to other banh xeo restaurants.

Great food. Super authentic and homie Vietnamese food. Highly recommended. I have been told that this restaurant has been serving the community for more than 40 years.

This restaurant is very good. Bánh xèo is a popular dish and it’s quite cheap!!

After years, still a solid choice for bánh xèo. Bún riêu was pretty good too. They cut back on staffing which leaves half their tables still uncleared after lunch.

CDC guideline and take out only. Not even dining outdoors (stricter than allowable in the county as statewide shelter at home was lifted at the end of January 2021).
Yes, they do have banh xeo, with a lot of lettuce and herbs on the side, the BEST Northern Vietnam style.
