First off I love Taco bell! But this location has so many issues with getting an order right or being able to make an item correctly. I would say 50% of the time there is mistake. However this last trip today was the 3rd time in a row it was wrong. This time I got someone else's order completely. The person at the window should be looking at the receipt and verifying the order. For nearly $15 an hour you would think a person would care about doing a good job. Guess those days are gone.

Food and service have been great for me since opening. Although today at 11am when I came inside I was shocked. To say it was a dirty lobby is an understatement. It was absolutely disgusting the garage overflowing onto the floor. Looks like the night crew did no closing tasks in the lobby.

Beware of this Taco Bell! Seriously! Went there at 8am-drive through. When I received my food I didn’t drive off as I wanted to check my order(last 2x I was missing food). The rough looking brown haired, Middle Aged lady w/ an arm sling & tattoos all over (no name tag) tells me to pull forward. I explain I’m just checking my order(WHICH WAS MISSING AN ITEM!). She tells me to leave & I can come into the lobby if it’s wrong! It literally takes 10 seconds Lady! I tell her I’m missing food & this is still my turn in line as I am the current customer. Now she’s really angry, eye rolls & snideness in full force! I ask her what her name is & she smirks stating “I don’t feel like giving it to you”. As she brings back the missing item (tossed unwrapped-no wrapping in a bag) I use my phone & snap a few pics of her to give to corporate so they could ID their employee! She then shoved her hand out the building window & into my car to block me from snapping a pic! INTO MY CAR! Not once did I raise my voice, curse or do anything unlawful! She was highly unprofessional, highly aggressive! Fast forward to today. I attempted to go through the drive thru today, 8am. She was the cashier again(no name tag but the same haggard woman)! I paid, received my food (silence between us) & again began to check my order before leaving. She then says “you got your food today but your not welcome here! I called the police on you last time for shoving your phone in my face! They should have contacted you”. Wait? What? I never came near the woman’s “face”. Rather I was in my car, in my personal space! Nothing menacing or illegal about what I did. She filed a false police report? Really? Because I didn’t bow in submission to her unreasonable demands? When I ask her who the manager is she smirks and says “I’m the general manager I’m IT”. Again refusing to give me any info that I needed in order to file a complaint! Nope! I told her “no this isn’t right, this is stupid!” I then left when she ended the conversation by turning her back to me. Apparently she again called the police for fun! Love the use of police department for fantasy wrongdoings! Lol my husband gets called at work from Stayton Police. What an absolute tool this supposed general manager is! Taco Bell you can do better! Tech your employees manners, customer service & problem solving skills!

Awful service, hardly any meat at all. Only reason I didn't go back was a lady with no name tag, brown hair in a hair bun who was roughly middle aged went off on me in a very unprofessional manner. After telling me they had no change for cash I joking said typical Biden and she freaked out on me! Sounds like there business is dominated by liberals who think it's okay to bring there politics to work and yell at there customers which at most places would get you fired but the owner has personally chosen this woman to be running the place!
