i've been coming to this Sonic for years. Recently there has been a huge turnover in staff quite often. i absolutely love their onion rings one of the main reasons i go lol, however i went three times this week and each time i went they " ran out" i came at all different times of the day those days. Today i tried again , and yet again "ran out" so i asked to speak with the manager because there's just no way . i spoke with manager Danoosh who stated they only make onion rings couples times a day if they run out then they won't be available until the night shift. So on the off chance y'all do have some if i order during the evening those will be from the AM ? On top of that, he mentioned how they are short staffed which is completely understandable however i saw 5 staff members standing there minding my conversation while they could've easily asked me to pull off to the side it will be a couple of mins for the onion rings as most fast food establishments do when the food you ordered is going to take longer than expected. So instead of what i went there for i was stuck with cold soggy fries for myself and my daughter. Then to top off this obviously amazingly experience he didn't see that i gave him a quarter and gave incorrect change. i have never been so disappointed in Sonic i get hard times happen but this is ridiculous at this point and unfortunately this is the closest one given they're aren't too many.

Another horrible experience here. We decided to give this place another chance after about a year of boycotting it due to poor food quality. Unfortunately our experience this time was even worse. Placed an order on the sonic website for pickup. When the lady brought our food out to us, it was someone else's order. When I told her, she apologized and went back inside and grabbed our order. When we got home, we realized my chicken sandwich and my son's juice were missing from the order. I went back to the store and waited about 5-6 min before someone finally answered the drive up speaker. I explained the situation to them. They were apologetic and promptly brought out my missing food.... The exact same sandwich I ordered over 30 min ago at this point. I asked for a fresh sandwich and was told it would be a 20-30 min wait due to them being busy. I reluctantly accepted the original sandwich and drink, and left. When I got home, I bit I to my cold sandwich and noticed that the bun was moldy. That was the final straw. I grabbed our food, drove back yet again and demanded a refund for the order. Completely unacceptable quality and service yet again. I'm done with this place. 🤬

Waited in line 35 min to get food, finally I got my food and had to wait 20 minutes for my 2 shakes, when I got them they were so sleepery that they fell all over my front seat and lady apologize and offer to remake them again and I said it's ok thank you. She did give me a load of napkins to clean my car with. I just didn't want to wait 20 more minutes and eat my hamburger and fries colder. They need employees at this location! It's unfair for them to work under stress because they are busy and they have to do all the jobs!

Haven't been to Sonic in years thought I'd try it out tonight. I ordered a #1 cheeseburger no onion with tots and a root beer. Burger came with onion and one bite had a hard griddle in it. Root beer was clear like the syrup was off needless to say can't drink it. Also ordered a chili cheese coney. It's looks pretty sad and the chili tasted burnt and old. I worked at Sonic when I was 14 in a small town in Kansas and I remember it tasting so much better then this. Disappointed :(
