Was not impressed this time around. I got curly fries that seemed like they were sitting there for a while and also got the last bit, there was not any good curly fry at all. Also, the chicken sandwich I got seemed like it had been sitting there too! Also hate it when they ask medium or large and not small.

I've stopped going here. I know there are alot of places that are short staffed at this time but I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to order only to have to repeat my order multiple times at the window. I lost my patience and left...I opted for a healthier option.

Talk about redemption!!! I went here last week, ordered from their app, and apparently there was a glitch. They got my payment, but not my order. It took 30 minutes to get my food and it was wrong. I emailed their customer support and I got a response from the STORE MANAGER AND DM!! That same night too!! Obviously they apologized, but they also comped my next meal... I went back today and just within a week there was a noticeable improvement in the overall operations and attitudes of everyone working!! I get it that shifts can vary and things can get crazy, but this team genuinely cared to make things right... I LOVE this location and I'll be back much more often than I should...lol!!!
