I just got off the phone with Jeanne in the Tax Ofc, who assisted me in connecting with the correct person to deal with my call: Tammy. Jeanne was super friendly, courteous and a delight to speak to! Tammy was extremely helpful in providing me with the answers I needed to all my questions regarding my 2020 property tax bill. Most importantly Tammy left me feeling not only satisfied with my interaction but truly delighted to speak with her. She was like a breath of fresh air, warm, welcoming, able to set me at ease. Tammy acknowledged my questions and then was quickly able to help me understand and genuinely wanted me to experience a positive outcome, well I assure you mission accomplished! I actually finished the call with a smile on my face!! My hope is that the supervisors for Tammy and Jeanne read this so they realize the level of customer service they deliver and give both of them the recognition they deserve!
