Had a pickup order. The doors were locked to pick it up inside at 7:30pm. Had to waste time to go through drive through. Also drive through is very very slow. Wasted 20min.

Staff is keeping up positive attitudes with being short staffed (this Wendy's appears to be one of the few with more staff than other restaurants). Drive through is very busy, so customers need to allow extra time.

I ordered 3 jr cheeseburgers today and have never been more disgusted by a meal, and I ate live grasshoppers in survival school. The meat was cooked to leather and stored for what seemed like days. The restaurant slapped a cold piece of cheese and pickles on it and served it with a smile. I took one bite and couldn’t believe how awful it was. I will never eat at Wendy’s again thanks to this disgusting meal.

Went on a late night Wendy’s run expecting the same quality I’d get any other time. Ordered baconator fries but they informed me at the pickup window that they were out of cheese sauce. They tried to make them with regular cheese I suppose but since I didn’t order sauce at the order window (due to thinking I was getting the standard baconator fries) they were dry and definitely needed sauce. The chicken burger was the dryest I have ever received at a Wendy’s. Not even a smidge of Mayo landed on the chicken or the lettuce. Very dry. Very dissatisfied. The one thing they had going was nice employees. And the fact that the McDonald’s next door happened to be closed tonight and I had to go to Wendy’s. Oh, also, no straw in my bag so a whole Diet Coke without a straw. Was honestly expending a little better considering I was their only customer 😂
