I went to obtain a second opinion on cataract/Toric lenses. Dr Stone was very attentive, thorough, friendly and professional, as was his assistant. I felt totally confident in the Dr's opinion. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, the wait was not long and the compartmentalized waiting areas were very convenient. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up an account & get checked in. The Registration team was very friendly and efficient (Rylee & Mary). The tech (Amber) was thorough and super friendly. Dr Gilles has a positive attitude & thinks outside of the box to provide the best eye care strategies for her patients. Looking forward to having my kids’ appts w/her later this month! Dr. Weed has been exceptional with my 4 year old, making him feel comfortable and always explaining things in a way that he can understand. We live over an hour away from the eye clinic and we’re met with a lot of road work on the way to our last appointment — it caused us to be almost a half hour late. I called to let them know our circumstance and they were very nice. I was fully prepared to reschedule our appointment for a later date upon arrival, but instead we were ushered back and taken care of with just as much care as if we’d been on time.

Everything has been good for eye exams and care for many years. Recently, though, I have needed surgery. I've experienced the same poor patient service, once a year ago and just today, the process of scheduling a surgery date, (if you can call it that) clearly doesn't work for the patient.
