A little pricey but you can still find some good deals if you look right.

I went late morning/early afternoon. Maybe they were busy and short staffed but the first staff member we talked to was not knowledgeable about items in that department. The sales lady who she referred us with seemed rushed and did the bare minimum to help. The registry lady was the most helpful by pointing us to the right direction on an item we had questions on and asked probing questions on what we were looking for. No one was rude but I did not get all the questions I had answered about products. Overall not pleased as a customer.

I wanted to share a great experience I had with one of the furniture sales rep, Alex. There was a particular item that seemed to be discontinued in all stores and I just couldn't find anymore. Alex was kind enough to call local stores and actually find me the part. She made the experience very easy and helped me in a timely manner. After paying over the phone, she had it shipped to me directly from the other store straight to my door. Not many employees would have put this much effort. Alex and this buy buy baby team are awesome!

Big, everything for a baby is here. Prices not low, but they do carry brand names that actually worth the price. Got few items from here. Happy with the buy. Wish they had the bed I planned buying in stock. Well, they didn’t. So I needed to purchase a different one. Workers are professionals. Will give you a good advice (not just trying to make a sell!). And this is something I highly appreciate!
