BEWARE!!!! This is the worst facility to leave your love ones for care and rehabilitation, pay attention to the other reviews they neglect the elderly and not feed them on time and not give the their medicines, my father was there and he was in really bad condition and he was only there for 2 days!! I don’t understand why they work there if they don’t like what they do, and the social worker/ supervisor was really unprofessional and was screaming at me when I told her I was gonna go pick up my father. And!! My father was there to get his therapy and those 2 days he was there never got his therapy, ohh but their system said he got his therapy at different time and got his medication and this time and so on. They falsely document on their system that they provide care which they never provide anything. If the patient call the nurses they get upset! That’s their job to attend the patients if they don’t like what they do get a different job! They neglect the patients there and don’t change their diaper!

West Valley was so unbelievably wonderful to my family when we needed them in such a difficult time. Their compassion is indescribable.The facility is extremely clean and renovated, the staff were timely and efficient with their care, it was easy to gather information from administration and doctors. I’m glad I chose west valley to assist in the health of someone I love so much. Thankful beyond words.

I toured a few facilities before choosing this one. My first impression of the building is that it is very clean and organized. They are in the process of renovating and it's very pretty so far. My mom was admitted to West Valley last weekend and so far she has been doing great. Her ability to walk is coming back as she is regaining her strength. It's honestly been a blessing. Everyone has been extremely attentive to our requests. Highly recommend this place!

Initially, after reading the reviews, I was reluctant to send my mother here. I met with Elena (Director of Business Development) in the hospital who answered all my questions and addressed some concerns, so I ultimately decided to come by for a tour. I was definitely presently surprised! Karen (Admissions director) gave me a tour and I was so impressed with how bright and happy the facility felt. The staff all smiled and greeted me while they passed me in the halls. One big thing for me was cleanliness and this facility was clean and didn't have that horrible stench most nursing homes have. That was a big plus. When we got to the Rehab department, I was introduced to Shannon who was one of their Physical Therapists. Can I just say.. shes amazing! So friendly & knowledgeable. My mother was a patient there for about 10 days after surgery and they did such a wonderful job rehabing her. I would recommend this place and it just goes to show that you can't just judge on a few bad reviews. So glad I chose West Valley Post Acute. Thank you again!!
