Atlas roofing just did a great job replacing my roof. It looks pretty and classy. The OSB radiant barrier makes my room very chill in summer. I have never turned my AC or fans on for a single second since then. They gave me a price which is about 10,000$ less than another construction company, also 4000$ less than my construction friend. Definitely figure out your requirements on your roof and give them a call.

If you're looking for a roof inspector, do not use these guys. One of their workers came out to check out a new roof. He couldn't give us an assessment about the roof on scene, and he said "I have to take this back to my supervisor so he can write the report". Like how is your supervisor suppose to judge my roof off of pictures? Supervisor got back to us and said "you need to redo the whole roof" we were dumbfounded, and we went out and got a professional roofer to come out and check it out and he said "the roof is in near perfect condition, I don't know what that other roofer was smoking" Again just call Elite Inspections and they will do an amazing job and send out professional who can give you an assessment on the roof at the house! By the way they gave us our refund because I think they knew what they were trying to pull. Horrible business practice.
