great store. employee made me very uncomfortable. He asked if i wanted to make a donation to local schools at checkout and i politely said "not today" since i am a college student with limited funds. then he proceeds to shake his head and say "those poor children." it felt like i was in a movie like who says that? very uncalled for? i went with my friend who was clearly my age (another college student) then he asked me "is that your daughter?" I really could not tell if he was using a joking tone, but he sounded so serious when asking. Very uncomfortable situation.

Small, fair selection, not enough employees, checkout felt like a sales pitch - kept asking me for money - warranty, donation, extra account, store card, etc…. Just let me buy what I need and leave without being harassed.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this service was pitiful. Walked in this store to the print desk and there was 3 employees just standing around. When asked to laminate one, card they said it would be over an hour wait. There was also other employees standing around without customers at the front registers. Staples shareholders should be furious!

The employees at the print center were rude as hell and refused to help me. I will never give them my business again. And I won’t recommend them to anyone ever. I do however recommend Office Depot. Their employees value their customers and know what customer service is.
